Although there is no generally accepted therapeutic management for primary brain tumors, a Surgery is the usual treatment to remove brain tumors or at least remove as much tumor as possible, in order to reduce the number of tumor cells available for proliferation.
  Radiation Therapy
It involves the use of high-dose X-rays to kill cancer cells and shrink tumors. Radiation also can be administered by material implanted in the brain. Radiotherapy is the most common treatment for secondary cancer brain tumors.
This involves the use of drugs to kill cancer cells. Drugs may be taken orally or injected into a vein or muscle.
  Stereotactic Radiosurgery
It is a minimally invasive option. Gamma knife or Cyberknife are some of those options.
